Ich bin sicher Tamara hat zugeschaut und es für gut befunden! Ich überlege noch, was mich mehr überzeugt hat. Die Versionen die nah am Original blieben (Krabbe,Silbermond) oder eher die frei interpretierten Songs (Karrenbauer)? Nach dem Konsum diesr DVD ist mann erst mal platt und alles muss sich setzen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ferne und Über ihr taute das Eis sind meine Favoriten, aber eigentlich darf mann keinen Titel hervorheben. Das GANZE ist perfekt.
Wenn ich mir diese DVD im 4:3 Format ansehe, dann sind die Darsteller auf der Bühne alle sehr in die Höhe gewachsen; in Wirklichkeit ist das Konzert in 16:9 auf den Bildschirm ge acht. "Sprache: Deutsch" ist auch ein wenig spartanisch, denn die DVD bietet 3 Soundmöglichkeiten: Stereo, Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS. Aber das nur am Rande, denn in erster Linie geht es ja dann doch um den Inhalt und damit das Konzert... ...und das bietet mir beste Unterhaltung. "Fe uar" war zwar bisher das einzige (Vinyl)Album der Band in meiner Tonträgersammlung, aber um so mehr stellt die DVD dann für mich ein 'Best of SILLY' dar. Leider ohne Tamara Danz, aber zumindest Anja Krabbe ingt die von ihr vorgetragenen Stücke sehr in die Richtung der Originalversionen. Vor dem Hintergrund des Konzertes sind aber auch die Versionen mit den anderen Gastsängern absolut hörenswert. Fazit: Sehens- und hörenswert. Vor allem für Silly Fans, aber auch für andere Freunde anspruchsvoller Musik.
ganz grossartige DVD, ist ein absolutes Muss fuer Silly Fans. Natuerlich wird mit jedem Male anschauen klar, dass Tamara schmerzlichst vermisst wird, aber die Jungs haben ihr hier ein kleines akustisches Denkmal gesetzt, ganz behutsam. Selbst Kati Karrenbauer, fuer die ich bisher (wahrscheinlich ob ihres Engagements fuer RTL Co.) so gar nichts ue ig hatte, ist mir jetzt fast schon symphatisch. Rundum gelungen!
Ein wirklich emotionaler Ausflug durch die Silly-Geschichte, leider ohne Tamara. Geboten wird ein rundum gelungenes abwechslungsreiches Konzert aus dem Jahr 2005 im Berliner Tempodrom. Neben den Ausnahmemusikern von Silly selbst, erweisen einige Künstler Tamara und Herbert die Ehre. Für mich keine Schande, dass sie ohne Tamara weitermachen, sondern ein würdiger Tribut (zumal ich diese Band leider nie live gesehen habe...)Diese DVD hat, neben illiantem Sound und einem Konzert, das nur durch die Ursprünglichkeit der Musik und nicht durch Effekte besticht, viele Höhepunkte, die emotional berühren, aber bei Tony Krahl's "Tamara" öffneten sich bei mir alle Schleusen...
Diese DVD ist für jeden Silly-fan ein MUSS!!! Ich finde nur Schade, das Joachim Witt nicht dabei ist. Dafür aber Katy, IC Falkenberg und alle anderen, insbesondere Anja, wegen der ich eigentlich damals bei dem Silly-konzert in Wernesgrün war. Dank diesen Konzertes habe ich Silly und IC richtig "kennen- bzw. hörengelernt". Danke für diese tolle DVD und macht weiter so...... KONZERT IM BERLINER TEMPODROM

In diesem Album werden die unterschiedlichsten Charaktere zur Geltung ge acht von der Frau, die unter vielen Affären ihres Mannes leidet aber nicht von ihm los kommt, Von der Frau die ihren Mann wie ein Hurrican verlässt, von der alten Frau, die im Altersheim "Mittendrin allein" ist, von dem "Genie" wenns um Liebe geht, aber das von allem anderen keine Ahnung hat und vielem mehr. Es ist seinen Preis auf jeden Fall zu 100% wert.

This is a wonerfully crafted book of basic definitions for those who have never heard the term Wabi-Sabi. The pictures not only strengthen the points the author makes but also illustrate what he can't put into words. Wabi-Sabi is an aesthetic that mostly lives in the ditches, basements, and out-of-the-way places of modern American society. This book gives the license and some philosophical tools to explore the simple life as a thing of beauty contrary to the glittering clutter often thrown at us in every aspect of our lives.
I love this book! It reminds me of the scene in "Brideshead Revisited" when Charles Ryder looks at the Van Gogh prints and travel posters decorating his room, and says, "I detected a jejune air which had not irked me before ... only the golden daffodils seemed to be real." Be warned: after you read this book, everything in your rooms will "irk" you except some wildflowers in a jam jar, an unpainted wooden table and one black futon. And you'll go insane if forced to stay at a Holiday Inn! Just carry some acorns and chestnuts in the pocket of your old sweater, and you'll survive.
This exquisite little volume is food for the soul. It should be required reading for our species. It is a subtle wake-up call...which we need to take to heart...we need to re-evaluate what we produce. We need to re-evaluate the legacy we leave. This book illustrates the respect we should have for nature. It illustrates the inspiration we should find in nature. pWe have become a society producing perishable goods, much of which has little or no merit. Eine Reihe von Anschlägen auf ranghohe israelische Repräsentanten im Ausland erfordert schließlich Maßnahmen und da der amtierende Geheimdienstdirektor nicht fähig scheint erfolgreiche Gegenschläge auszuführen, wird schlicht und einfach sein Vorgänger der legendäre Ari Schamron wieder eingestellt, um dem Mossad seine einstige Schlagkraft wiederzugeben. Doch für Schamron ist klar, dass nur ein Mann den fanatischen Terroristen Tariq al-Harouni stoppen kann und dieser hat sich ebenfalls vor einigen Jahren zurückgezogen, um als Restaurator sein Leben zu bestreiten. Ga iel Allon erweist sich jedoch als schwer zu überzeugen und nur um am Mörder seiner Familie Rache nehmen zu können nimmt er den Auftrag an. Aber auch Tariq hat noch eine Rechnung mit Allon offen, der seinen Bruder kaltblütig ermordet hat, wofür er sich bereits erfolglos mit einer Autobombe gerächt hat, doch was er wirklich will ist Ga iel selbst. Doch Allons Operation darf nicht auffliegen und schon gar nicht gegenüber der CIA bekannt werden, die mit harten Maßnahmen gedroht hat, sollte der Mossad sich wieder zu einer Operation wie gegen Tariqs Bruder hinreißen lassen... Mit Ga iel Allon hat Daniel Silva einen Helden geschaffen, der zwar durchaus in das Schema des schönen Ritters passt, doch moralisch schon wieder aus der Reihe tanzt, denn Allon handelt aus Rache und ordnet diesem Ziel so ziemlich alles unter, sogar die Gefühle seiner attraktiven "Hilfsagentin". Was The Kill Artist zu einem ganz besonderen Werk macht ist natürlich die Israel-Connection, welche sich mit dem Mossad und seinen gezielten Tötungen befasst, von denen kaum in der Presse zu lesen ist, die meist nur von Militäraktionen berichtet bei denen auch Zivilisten umkommen. Überraschend auch dass Silva einer der wenigen und unter diesen der bisher erfolgreichste Thriller-Autor ist, der sich mit seiner Ga iel Allon-Serie auf den Mossad und einen israelischen Agenten spezialisiert hat, wobei sich gerade der Mossad durch seinen enormen Einfluss bei der israelischen Diaspora von der Masse der Geheimdienste abhebt, denn dieser wird auch von Zivilisten ohne genaue Details zu erfahren bereitwillig mit Material, Wissen und Finanzen unterstützt. Ein rachsüchtiger Held, sein sterbenskranker doch utaler Gegenspieler und eine Welt in der selbst Top-Agenten Fehler machen können. Daniel Silva hat eine gehörige Portion Spannung in "The Kill Artist" gesteckt und einen Plot entworfen dessen Ende man zwar erahnen kann, doch der bis dahin mehr als einmal eine Wendung der Handlung erwirkt. Allerdings sind diese bei Thrillern sehr wichtigen Elemente nicht das einzige was gekonnt umgesetzt wurde, sondern auch einige sehr interessante Recherchen, welche Europa und den Nahen Osten wirklich Leben fern üblicher Klischees einhauchen und beweisen, dass sich der Autor auf sein Handwerk versteht. Fazit: Ein hervorragender Thriller, der alle Kriterien in Sachen Spannung, Actiongehalt und Atmosphäre erfüllt.
This book was a wonderful discovery. A touch of Le Carre, an echo of Ludlum, but a lot of something of its own as well. Silva's fourth book, and his first of several set against the backdrop of the Middle East-Palistinian conflict and the holocaust. Silva introduces a fascinitating character in Ga iel Allon, and weaves a wonderful network of intriguing relationships with equally intriguing characters, most notably Ari Shamron and Tariq. Allon, a "retired" assassin formerly in the employ of Mossad is ought out of retirement when a former arch-rival, in the form of Tariq, is plotting the assassination of a major head of state. The plot is exciting and fast paced, and takes the reader to some fascinating locations. Silva's "art restorer" background for Allon is a gem. This book gets 4 and 1/2 stars from me! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and wholeheartedly recommend it.
Whenever I start a Daniel Silva book, I always have high hopes. After "The Confessor" and "The Unlikely Spy", I have always associated Daniel Silva with a great well-written compelling story. So after reading "The Kill Artist", I have to conclude that perhaps even the great Daniel Silva is capable of writing a few stinkers every now and then....pThe book itself is fairly well written and it has all the regular characters - Ga iel Allon, Ari Shamron and Lev the annoying bureaucrat at Mossad headquarters. You even get a closer revealing glimpse at Allon's disabled and disfigured wife, Leah, at a mental hospital in England. The criminal of the story, Tariq, is a thoroughly evil guy and all throughout, you're waiting for Ga iel to come along and put the guy out of his misery. But as you read the story, you get this constant feeling that the story is DRAGGING. The telling of the story is painfully laborious and at some points, downright dull. You have the terrorist's accomplice giving long lectures on the Israeli / Palestinian problems and I was nodding off to sleep. Some parts could have been taken out of the book altogether. Then the ending. If you have read any of my other Amazon reviews then you will know I am an "Endings" Man. I want the ending to be good, thrilling and unpredictable. If an author builds up a little climax then he has to make the ending worthwhile. This ending sucked to be honest! Come on Mr Silva, couldn't you have come up with a better ending than that? Oh and if you want me to nominate someone for "Most Annoying Character" then it has to be the blond bimbo model, Jacqueline Delacroix. When she isn't doing sultry lingerie shoots and kicking photographers in the testicles, she is a part-time Mossad agent in love with Ga iel Allon and her dream is to open a ballet school. Oh please! The story would have sounded a lot better with the Cookie Monster as the Mossad side-kick! pSo a fairly good story but not Silva's best. Read it but don't have too high hopes.
